How To Join

To join us all ya gotta do is come down to the club at our training times, if you would like to feel free to come down and watch the session or just jump straight in.
Theres no membership fee, you pay for classes as you go to them, we charge €3.50 for kids, and €4.50 for adults to cover the costs of the hall and insurance.

What ya need
All you need to bring down with you are tracksuit bottoms, a t-shirt and runners, a bottle of water would also be a good idea.

What to expect
